1:ORDERS
I offer my products in popular groupings but will customise the prints happily. Just Request Custom Order on my Etsy shop and I'll sort it all out.

I am happy to talk about custom paintings of new currently unavailable animals - I love a challenge! If this animal can become part of the collection, you will receive a print of the new painting and it will cost the same as a print.
If you cant something more personal, more than happy to oblige and supply you with the original but this will cost more as you are receiving a completely custom one off original!

2:SHIPPING
I only ship my products Royal Mail First Class . I will ship anywhere in the world and can use Royal Mail to give you an estimate of when your parcel should arrive.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs though I am sympathetic and aim to label clearly to avoid these delays.

Obviously Digital Downloads are not shipped but if you have any issues following the instructions to download them just get in touch and I'll be able to sort it out for you!

3:GIFT SHIPPING
If you are ordering a gift let me know and I'll stick a bow on it :D

Joking aside all Ella Paton Illustrates Prints are carefully wrapped in white tissue paper, secured with a custom sticker and mailed in a card tube to minimise any possibility of damage. These look really awesome (if I do say so myself) and don't need much extra. Though I am happy to stick a bow on it if you want me too.

As all invoicing is done electronically I don't include a receipt with itemised costs to be a little more environmentally friendly. Gift receipts can be included on request.
4:RETURNS
I accept returns for most orders in the same condition that I mailed them and you will need to pay return postage.

I do not accept returns for custom prints, please ensure the wording is right as unless it is CLEARLY weird or a mistake I will assume all is well and you will get what you asked for mistake or not!

I do not accept returns for original custom orders as I will be in touch with you during the process of making your order to ensure all is as expected.
